Job Summary
The Head of AI will spearhead Tokio Marine HCC’s AI initiatives, championing the development and execution of AI strategies throughout the organization. This pivotal role demands a candidate who is not only a strategic visionary but also possesses a robust background in AI and machine learning technologies, combined with exemplary leadership and collaborative skills. The incumbent will play an instrumental role in guiding our AI trajectory.

Education
Minimum: Advanced Degree: Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
Experience
Min. 5 Years hands-on experience with AI / ML specific model lifecycle management including understanding of AI / ML architecture, model risk, data management and responsible AI practices.

Kisko, NY the reasonable pay range for this specific position is $275,000 - 310,000 annually. “The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
