They have studios in Los Angeles, California; Austin, Texas; Manchester, UK and Frankfurt, Germany.
What will you be doing?

Working in a team of three, reporting to the Network Director, you will be:

Working on their core network library

Researching and implementing new cutting-edge networking technology and tools

Analyse, refactor and improve upon existing network codebase

Integrating the client and server with their backend services
-
Mentoring junior members of the team
What skills do you need to have?
-
C++ multi-threaded programming skills
-
MMO - massive multiplayer online
-
Strong software debugging skills to track, diagnose and solve a variety of complex issues
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Experienced in TCP and UDP network programming
-
Experience developing server mesh technologies
-
Experience profiling and optimizing (network, CPU, memory, IO)

Development experience in Windows/Linux

Experience with client/server development network traffic management

Management experience
-
Game Engine experience = Cry engine or Lumber yard.

Game play experience from a network point of view - network character motion / network physics / network weapons.
Working hours:
-
Core hours are 10am - 4pm

Flexible around this if you're working 8 hours per day
