Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the hospitality sector. While experience in robotics is not mandatory, a background in b2b sales combined with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners and executive leadership teams, to promote our robotic solutions.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the hospitality industry.
3. Product Education: Educate customers on the benefits and capabilities of our robotic systems, demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific needs and challenges.
4. Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of solutions.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts, using CRM software.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in healthcare robotics and related technologies, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.



Qualifications:



  • Β Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven track record of success in b2b sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.



  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Β Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about robotics technology and its applications in hospitality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
