About The Position


Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Sales Development Support Specialist will play a crucial role in our sales process by supporting high quality lead generation for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lead generation techniques, excellent research skills, and a proactive mindset.


What you will do:

  • Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and qualify potential leads within our target market segments.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and up-to-date information on prospects, including key technology usage, decision-makers and relevant contact details.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to develop effective lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Implement best practices for lead generation and continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead lists and regularly update CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance to inform strategic decision-making.


You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Strong or working understanding of lead generation tools and techniques, including CRM software, data mining, and online research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS/Tech environment is preferred. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Data Science is preferred.
