The Ground Robotics Technician for Autonomous Vehicle Technologies plays a crucial role in testing the vehicles electronic and mechanical systems before and after installation. This includes activities such as calibration, closed road testing, tuning, and open road highway testing specifically for our automated driving vehicles. The technician is expected to work as part of the Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) technical team, contributing to the research, design, development, and testing of electronic control systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic systems down to the component level

Qualifications

  • AS degree, technical school credentials in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant technical role
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods during testing
