We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to help deliver our next generation of process automation to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.  An ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Automate BOT development, proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, and have experience with Azure cloud platforms. This position is located at our Akron, OH office, with a hybrid schedule. We are onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

As our Robotics Process Automation Developer, you will:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities within Concora Credit.
  • Deliver high-quality, efficient, scalable, and reusable code always protecting customer privacy and confidentiality
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows, with a focus on resilient UI automation and scalability.
  • Create detailed Process Definition documentation that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be an active team member partnering within the Scrum team to deliver tasks on schedule
  • Collaborate effectively within an Agile framework, participating actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Designing Power Automate Flows with Office 365 applications and SharePoint Online.
  • Deploying solutions to Prod environments and providing support to existing BOTs.
  • Ensure adherence to Concora Credit's security and compliance standards in all automation solutions.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing RPA processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions with Power Automate, including both attended and unattended automation.
  • 3+ years of experience in a range of aspects in development using Microsoft Power Automate including Application lifecycle management (ALM), User Story elaboration, technical design, coding, Testing, UAT, deployment, Support and documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure cloud platform services, including deployment and management of Power Platform components.
  • Experience in developing RPA Unattended Bots using Desktop Flows in combination with cloud flows in Power automate.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex automation workflows involving UI interactions, data manipulation, and integration with various systems.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate best practices, including exception handling, error logging, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with version control systems and power automate CI/CD pipelines for automated BOT deployment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and .NET Core along with familiarity with SQL & database interactions.
  • Prior experience in the finance or HR industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
