Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Oracle Database Developer to work for our company.


Summary:



  • Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.

  • Must have an ACTIVE U.S. Government SECRET Clearance. (Sponsorship will not be provided)

  • Will perform Oracle database analysis tasks in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments and will utilize current Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, and data access optimizations. Will utilize data modeling tools like Erwin to develop and document logical and physical data models, will manage data ETL processes, ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and oversee full project life cycle development, including code migration and database change management.


Requirements:



  • Must have an ACTIVE U.S. Government SECRET Clearance. (Sponsorship will not be provided)

  • Must have an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Certification.

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Must be willing and able to support on-site meetings at Fort Belvoir, VA as needed.

  • Must have hands-on experience performing Oracle database analysis tasks in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) development and production environments.

  • Must have hands-on experience using current Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and data access optimizations.

  • Must have hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL Loader, and all aspects of data ETL into Oracle database on RHEL and Windows systems.

  • Must have hands-on experience with analytical database experience on large-scale application data models

  • Must have hands-on experience with data modeling tools, Erwin, in development and documentation of logical and physical data models for all Oracle instances.

  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL, PL/SQL.

  • Must have hands-on experience with database performance and tuning techniques.

  • Must have hands-on experience with current Oracle database and data warehousing features.

  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle data integrity implementation.

  • Must have hands-on experience with full project life cycle development experience in code migration, database change management and data management.
