Purpose:
· As a key member of the Wyandot Behavioral Health Network Information Technology team the position of Network Administrator is responsible for all aspects of network administration to include servers, desktop/laptop systems, communications/networking equipment, hardware and software configurations for business critical and ancillary programs.
Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the operation, configuration and optimization of the infrastructure to include servers, desktops/laptops, networking devices, and related software
· Responsible for the operation, configuration and optimization of the infrastructure to include routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi systems, VPN devices and related software
· Optimize and maintain Active Directory (AD) environment, including user setup. Enforce organization and administration of the computer and user bins according to documented procedures
· Maintain computer hardware inventory through Active Directory for Accounting
· Maintain Windows Software Update Service (WSUS) to proactively address systemic flaws and vulnerabilities that could adversely affect continued business operations
· Maintain Antivirus Server and clients providing virus protection to all server and desktop/laptop clients
· Administer Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce IT policy and improve the end-user interface with systems
· Develop and maintain network configuration documentation using MS Visio diagrams
· Research and suggest improvements, modifications and potential risks to the business network. Collaborate with IT team to mitigate risks, improve operations and evaluate possible improvements to infrastructure
· Administration of backup and data servers, NAS and other file servers in accordance with HIPPA and Wyandot, Inc. rules and policies
· Top level support for server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications
· Administer and support the CUCM, UCCX and all aspects of Wyandot telephony infrastructure and operations
· Contributes significantly to the ongoing development and technology needs assessments
· Manages projects related to network infrastructure, server evolutions and desktop software releases
· Administer the firewall boundary and VPN device, research and recommend upgrades and best-practices to ensure the security and availability of the business network
· Assist the Director of Information Technology in the overall management of the I.T. Department
· Provide occasional after-hours telephone and remote support as required
· Reports to theDirector of Information Technology
· Works with IT team in all aspects of network, customer and technology support
· Acts professionally in accordance with WBHN policy in all aspects of our work
Qualifications:
· Degree, equivalent certifications or a combination of formal education and experience required.
· Strong desire to continue education, skills and certification
· Proven ability to use industry procedures and tools to effectively manage and administer the business network
· Demonstrated expertise with MS Azure, Cloud/Hybrid and Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Server products
· Demonstrated expertise with Windows 10 and 11 desktop installation, configuration and troubleshooting
· Administration experience with Cisco UCM and UCCX/Contact Center infrastructure
· Ability to provide telephone and in person customer support to a wide range of computer user skill levels
· Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
· Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of the content stored on company and intra-agency information systems while maintaining the highest ethics in regard to consumer information and access
· Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Location/Travel/Work Conditions and Considerations:
Based at 47th Street location, assigned duties will require activity at other locations, various community sites or business locations. May require non-routine business hours and travel in relation to system requirements and emergency support calls. Organizational network may be accessible through connections from staff residences from assigned company devices, support will be limited to business applications and company hardware only.
