As a Lead Web Front End Developer Sr. Associate you will work with the Corporate Meetings & Events group and its clients and will have significant exposure and interaction to design and build client event websites, emails and registration forms for information gathering. In addition you will work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize the workload with a keen attention to detail, whilst meeting strict deadlines.Β
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to design, build and maintain highly effective event websites and registration forms using the Firmβs event management system.
- Work independently or take the lead on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining a high standard of delivery and execut
- Contribute towards the development of internal policies and procedures with regards to day-to-day activities, compliance regulations and approval processes.
- Communicate appropriately with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and raise important issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for complex conference and event execution.
- Test the Firmβs event management system to identify bugs and use cases, and work on other technology-related projects as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing websites and emails using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3 and 5, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience developing responsive/adaptive websites for mobile devices.
- Experience and a high level of competency working with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Uphold strong business ethics when dealing with confidential or other sensitive information.
- Relevant experience working with content management systems.
- Prior experience of managing multiple ongoing projects in Financial Services or Corporate environments is essential.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with website and email analytics tools.
- Aptitude for technology, systems and understanding organizational structures.
