Maintain and support the operation of network services, responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network problems, willingness to work in a 24X7 NOC. Must have the ability to distribute knowledge to technicians and manage projects in a timely, high-quality manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Sciences or Business Administration from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years’ experience required, working with, and supporting network operating systems.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess superior computer skills and be proficient in software applications currently in use by the company. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to communicate with all members of the Systems Team in a professional, cordial manner, to successfully accomplish departmental and company goals. Must be well organized, with the ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and keep Systems Team apprised of any issues that might affect deadlines. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an
extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
