Project / Program:
IPCA and WC & DB Billing System
IPCA is an in-house developed application designed to process premium transactions. The Billing system provides the functionality to process cash, refund, journal entries, non-payment cancellations and reinstatements.
Day to Day Tasks:
The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
-Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers to integrate in-house application with cloud-based software
-Develop batch application using .net, oracle
-Develop online application using JavaScrip, .net and oracle
-Develop with modern web development frameworks.
The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standard and the IT governance process.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Software Developer - Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
Senior - 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
Requested Qualifications:
- 36 months experience with Plainview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
- 24 months experience with Azur DevOps Server
- 60 months experience in development, support and implementation of software to process premium calculations, renewals, audits and ratings for workers' compensation and disability insurance following NYCIRB guidelines.
- 60 months experience with oracle PL/SQL
- 60 months experience as a .Net application developer - TFS, visual studio with visual studio 2010 or newer.
- 60 Months experience with C#.net
- 60 months experience with XML
- 60 months experience with XSLT
- Bachelorβs Degree
- Project Management Professional Certification
