Position Title: Full Stack Developer

 

This position will focus on helping to build and maintain Innisfree’s databases and platforms, as well as managing internal data inquiries. It is ideally suited for someone with a developer/engineering background, with equity market knowledge and/or experience working for a financial firm.  This role is a blend between database developer and product manager, which will allow the candidate to develop an in-depth knowledge of equity markets and shareholder data.

 

This position will require a candidate to:

 

  • Help develop and monitor a network of databases
  • Collaborate with partner teams to design and optimize internal processes and platforms
  • Establish a deep understanding of the system structure
  • Act as a product champion who can inform and assist internal teams with questions
  • Creatively approach data analysis to help improve and scale the overall system
  • Identify and implement improvements in data accuracy and user experience
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines

 

Additional Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial markets and stock market; or equivalent academic coursework in finance.
  • Experience in analyzing large and multi-faceted data sets
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhancing data quality
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service patience and/or ability to maintain calm under pressure.
  • Adapt to evolving project and user demands.
  • S. employment authorization without current or future need for sponsorship.

 

 

Compensation:


A base salary will be offered commensurate with a candidate’s prior experience. Candidate will be eligible for the firm’s annual merit-based bonus program and will participate in its medical/dental/disability/life insurance plans (currently 100% employer-paid) and its discretionary profit-sharing 401(k) plan. Base Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000

 

Flexible, safe options for remote and on-site work

At Innisfree, we deliver high-quality results for our clients while maintaining staff work/life balance and personal connections with colleagues. While most work is done remotely, this is a hybrid position that will require on-site presence, in-person training, and collaboration with other team members on a regular basis. In addition, employees may be asked to attend client meetings, in-person team-building exercises, and firm gatherings.
