Position Overview:


As the Control Systems Developer at Muth Power Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented programmers in the design, development, and implementation of control systems tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This is a leadership role that requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of control systems programmers, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure project success and team development.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective control system designs.

  • Develop control algorithms, logic, and software for various applications including process control, motion control, and automation systems.

  • Program and configure PLCs, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other control devices to achieve desired functionality.

  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of control systems to ensure reliability, performance, and safety.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in control system programming, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs.

  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of control systems.
