Summary
The Business Systems Developer is responsible for taking TriCore’s internal systems projects/programs and reports from design and development to production and support, relating to both new system development and enhancements to existing systems. The Business Systems Developer collects system requirements from end-users, and works with the team to define project scope and set project milestones and deadlines. The Business Systems Developer is also responsible for maintaining quality control and performing unit/system testing of their projects throughout the development process, and provide end-user application training activities and support as needed. In addition to development tasks, the Business Systems Developer is a primary support contact and resolves support requests submitted by end users.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, an individual must be able to perform each of the primary duties and responsibilities and meet educational and experience requirements. The individual must have strong communication and people skills and be capable of interacting professionally with others having varying levels of technological knowledge. The individual must be able to self-manage and balance time between project work, support issues, and daily operations tasks. The individual must be able to work both as a team member and independently as the situation requires and provide constructive input in meetings with users and team members throughout the system development lifecycle.
B.S. in Computer Science preferred along with 1+ years of professional experience developing web applications using Angular/C#/.NET Core and Microsoft SQL Server; or in absence of a degree, 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications using Angular/C#/.NET Core and Microsoft SQL server.
Training/Skills/Abilities
This is a hybrid position based out of Racine, WI with a 2-3 day in-office requirement per week.
