About the Role: We are looking for an innovative and analytical Strategy - Artificial Intelligence Intern to join our team within the Business Development department. This role is perfect for a Master’s level student with a passion for leveraging AI to drive strategic decision-making and innovation. As a Strategy - Artificial Intelligence Intern, you will work closely with our business team to analyze AI trends, identify opportunities for AI integration, and support the development of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on artificial intelligence (AI) trends, technologies, and applications to identify opportunities for strategic implementation.
• Analyze data to uncover insights and support AI-driven strategic decision-making.
• Assist in developing AI strategies and solutions aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into business planning and operations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of AI tools and strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations outlining findings, opportunities, and recommendations related to AI adoption.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, market trends, and competitor innovations to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

About You:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics in conjunction with Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field required (i.e double degree in related fields). Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, data analysis, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning applications, and AI-driven business strategies.
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI).
• Knowledge of competitive analysis, market trends, and business forecasting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questixonnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
