Software Development Project Managers

SFI is seeking experienced Software Development Project Managers to join our dynamic team. We have multiple openings for individuals who are passionate about leading software development projects and have a strong background in SAFe and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager or Technical Lead.


• Strong understanding of the software development process.


• Past experience in coding and software development.


• Proficiency in SAFe and Agile methodologies.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to understand user stories and velocity.


• Ability to work in a hybrid environment; Washington, DC regional candidates are preferred.


• PMP, SAFe, and cloud certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.


• Utilize SAFe and Agile frameworks to guide project execution and delivery.


• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.


• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Additional Information:

• In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
