Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager or Technical Lead.
- Strong understanding of the software development process.
- Past experience in coding and software development.
- Proficiency in SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand user stories and velocity.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment; Washington, DC regional candidates are preferred.
- PMP, SAFe, and cloud certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Utilize SAFe and Agile frameworks to guide project execution and delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
