As a Software Development Engineer, you will help design and implement systems in partnership with other teams to make Capital Group’s investment process measurably more efficient and effective. You will own major services, drive adoption of best-in-class technologies, and launch critical features to impact over $2 trillion in assets under management. You will build front-end user facing applications and APIs that power them in the latest cloud technologies. You will act as a force multiplier, bringing your expertise to all aspects of software development; from design, implementation, code reviews, and deployments.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
