We’re seeking passionate developers who thrive in an ever-evolving tech environment. If you’re a creative problem-solver who’s always looking for ways to improve and innovate, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Game-Changing Applications: Develop new, cutting-edge software solutions, following the full SDLC process. You’ll dive deep into problem-solving, designing robust systems using OOP techniques and tiered logic, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with rigorous testing—both automated and manual.

  • Revamp & Innovate: Modify existing applications to ensure they remain efficient and reliable, minimizing downtime and the need for critical fixes. Plus, you’ll help to retire outdated systems and replace them with modern, high-performing solutions.

  • Database Mastery: Take the reins of database queries and stored procedures, optimizing and normalizing data structures to power their systems.

  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Be ready to jump in when custom reporting needs arise, providing insights that drive key decisions.

  • Documentation is Key: Keep meticulous records, from SOPs to version histories, ensuring everything is organized and up to date.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: We encourage continued learning—stay on top of the latest trends and technologies to keep the team at the cutting edge.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Development Expertise: With at least 2+ years of front-end development experience (VB.NET preferred) and 7+ years of database development, you’ve honed your skills in stored procedures, functions, design, debugging, and optimization.

  • Extra Credit:** Experience with SharePoint development, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau reporting is a big plus!

  • Problem-Solving Pro: You’re a critical thinker who loves solving challenges independently and efficiently.

  • Multi-Tasking Maven: Juggling multiple projects at once? No problem—you’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Player with a Positive Vibe: You’re known for your excellent communication and for fostering a collaborative, positive work atmosphere with clients, colleagues, and supervisors alike.
