We seek one Senior Software Developer to participate in our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative aims to revolutionize how our team delivers ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers. As a Senior Software Developer on our team, you will have extensive experience in Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and SQL. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing various applications and services, contributing to the design and architecture of our systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to transform the technology that supports the most at-risk children and families within the state.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and SQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Integrate data storage solutions and ensure optimal performance.
Develop and enhance custom applications using Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills:
8-12 years of experience in Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core and extensive experience with SQL and database design.
2-4 years of experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Beneficial Skills (But Not Required):
Previous experience with Call Center Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus!
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
