About the Role:
As the Sr. Manager of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation and Solutions, you will lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning initiatives to drive growth and efficiency at Hach. You will create and lead an AI Technology Council, guiding cross-functional teams in integrating AI solutions across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership and team mentorship, positioning Hach at the forefront of AI innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.

This position is remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Loveland, CO.

A Day in the Life:

  • Shape and Execute AI Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy, establishing an AI Technology Council to drive technological advancement and governance.
  • Accelerate Innovation: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance time-to-market and support growth initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Operational Leadership: Partner with Water Quality IT and Security teams to manage AI systems, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Documentation & Standards: Standardize AI data quality processes and create clear documentation to maintain high standards and consistency across projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to update and upgrade AI applications, fostering an environment of innovation and adherence to best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology systems and emerging technologies.
  • Expertise in working with Large Language Models, including GPT variants and prompt engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

  • Experience in emerging technology trends, market analysis, and ROI modeling.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and manage relationships across diverse teams.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
