Role and Responsibilities

• Optimising the visual styling of websites, apps, and digital products, focusing on the need to engage consumers and improve their experience
• Integrate design elements such as fonts, colours, graphics, menus, user buttons, images and broad web/app real estate to maximise visual engagement
• Enhance the user process/flow and incorporate calls to action with efficacy toward intended commercial drivers and outcomes
• Design and implement systems to connect suppliers and consumers, such as to complete all the steps in an online purchase or to get in touch with vendors
• Create the optimum customer engagement from browsing to generating leads to purchasing, ensuring the experience is engaging and repeatable
• Communicate the strength of brands and products to the consumer
• Work alongside UX and a team of engineers across digital and data while remaining flexible with scope
• Experience in high pressure, multi project and feature working environment requiring good context switching capabilities in management of various multi-faceted requirements
