Job Summary:
Senior DevOps and Support Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our robust DevOps infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the reliability of our systems.

Duties / Responsibilities:
DevOps Engineering
  • Streamline development and deployment processes for Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, scalability.
  • Maintain security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Administer Microsoft DevOps tool for SDLC workflows.
  • Ensure all production and non-production environments are backed up and may restored within acceptable SLAs, and recovery time objectives (RTO).
Software Development
  • Serve as a member of Project teams.
  • Contribute to documenting and scoping system requirements.
  • Lead sprint deployment tasks for all environments.
  • Ensure deployments and hotfixes are limited to approved maintenance windows.
  • Perform deployment code reviews as needed.
Application Support
  • Troubleshoot and seek to resolve functional and system issues.
  • Monitor production and implement escalation workflows.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
  • Administer logical access to systems.
Support
  • Provide end-user support.
  • Manage help-desk operations.
  • Administer Entra ID and M365.
  • Administer Windows Active Directory.
  • Oversee Office 365 administration.
  • Support ERP applications.
  • Handle hardware procurement.
  • Assist development teams with DevOps.
  • Provide MAC end-user support.
Infrastructure
  • Support print/mail vendor operations.
  • Manage MSP and MSSSP vendor effectiveness.
  • Oversee access control and CCTV solutions.
  • Monitor network performance.
  • Manage cloud PBX support.
Security and Compliance
  • Adhere to information security and compliance programs.
  • Test and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Participate in incident management and response.
  • Engage in change management and risk assessments.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships.
  • Participate in compliance audits and evidence gathering.
  • Document IT infrastructure.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or SharePoint Administrator.
  • 5+ years in a Senior DevOps Engineering role.
  • 5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
  • 5+ years managing large projects.
  • 5+ years supporting executives and directors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to set priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in professional documentation.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
