DoControl is a SaaS Security solution offering complete visibility, threat detection, and remediation for SaaS data overexposure, insider threats, and over-permission of third-party applications. We modernize CASB and DLP capabilities to ensure protection across major SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Box.

This is a full-time remote role for RSM.

The RSM will be assertive and creative in the development of their sales pipeline and focus on building extensive client and partner relationships, identifying potential leads, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. reporting to the VP of sales.

  • Analyze the assigned territory and develop a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through new customer acquisition in a greenfield sales territory
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to closure – this includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery and POV process, accurately forecasting, and selling within the DoControl value framework to close the deal
  • Engage at every level within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of the opportunity
  • Collaborate with internal resources to drive customer success, and to resolve customer issues as they arise
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • 5+ years solution/value selling experience
  • Proven quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing an enterprise client portfolio
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level
  • Research and data driven approach to account planning and execution
  • Experience in startup, high-growth companies, and a clearly articulated passion for entrepreneurial environments
  • Prior experience in CASB, DLP, SASE, Cloud or SaaS Security
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Experience with MEDDIC/Command of the Message and Challenger Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
