Description

This role is for a DevOps engineer who loves to roll up their sleeves, dive in, and tackle any problem with speed and precision. Being a team player, taking initiative, being organized and solutions-focused is a must. You will be utilizing your experience with systems administration, agile development practices, performance monitoring, microservices and CI/CD to build high-performance, scalable, automated and fault tolerant web and data processing applications.


Automation, quality and high availability is of extreme importance to us, so we're looking for a professional DevOps engineer that takes a pragmatic and passionate approach to technology to solve problems.



  • Help develop tools to build, maintain and monitor systems. Automate as much as possible

  • Ensure 24x7x365 operation

  • Ability to review deployment and operational environments, i.e., execute initiatives to reduce failure, troubleshoot issues across the entire infrastructure stack and expand monitoring capabilities

  • Configure and tune system and network parameters for optimum performance. Monitor system stability and performance.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality


About You:



  1. BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience

  2. 6+ years as a Unix / Solaris administrator

  3. Windows, Mac, Linux administrator experience

  4. Excellent trouble shooting ability. Knows how to manage a lab with hundreds of devices.

  5. Experience with networking protocols, equipment, firewalls, DHCP and DNS

  6. Strong operational experience in Linux/Unix environment and scripting languages: Python, Bash, 

  7. Windows experience with powershell scripting

  8. 10+ years hand-on DevOps experience

  9. Experience with configuration management tooling (Ansible, Terraform etc.) and 

  10. Experience with dev environment tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Docker).

  11. Love automating everything and building out informative monitoring dashboards

  12. Experience with OCI, or other cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Experience administering multiple data centers in multiple countries

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure knowledge. 

  • Knowledge of Linux networking and understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

  • Java knowledge

  • Knowledge of email routing and email systems

US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
