We are seeking motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various stages of the sales process to ensure the Account Executives are equipped to perform at optimum levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Creating Quotes, Proposals, and Configurations:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate and compelling quotes, proposals, and configurations for potential clients.
  • Ensure all quotes and proposals align with customer requirements and company pricing strategies.
  • Meeting with Channel and OEM Partners:
  • Engage with channel and OEM partners to understand account landscapes and identify potential sales opportunities at key target accounts
  • Provide support, enablement and guidance to assigned partners teams
  • Coordinating Meetings with Customers:
  • Drive demand within target accounts by scheduling and coordinating meetings with potential and existing customers to discuss products, solutions, and services.
  • Ensure all meetings are well-prepared for and aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Introduction Calls/First Customer Calls:
  • Conduct introduction calls with cold prospects to initiate the sales process and establish rapport.
  • Introduce Account Executives to customers during initial calls, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Develop skillset over time to take on more of the early sales processes, preparing for a future role as an Account Executive
  • Assisting with RFI & RFPs
  • Help coordinate Requests For Information (RFI) and Requests For Proposal (RFPs) from potential clients, ensuring accurate and comprehensive responses
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to verify technical information and ensure responses meet customer requirements.
  • Continuous Learning and Development:
  • Participate in pitch practice sessions to enhance sales skills and presentation abilities.
  • Take initiative to learn about company products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to become an effective sales representative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career.
