Working in collaboration with our Appraisal Managers and our Customer Service Manager, the Inspector Network Administrator will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and training of new independent Home Inspectors to assist us in the completion of manufactured home inspections and appraisals across the country. This position will place ads, seek out potential candidates, solicit referrals, and use a proactive approach to bringing qualified candidates into our company.
Responsibilities and essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
● Collaborate with the Appraisal Managers and the Customer Service Manager to determine which markets are in need of new or additional Home Inspectors.
● Using your knowledge and talent you will develop improved recruiting strategies and utilize a variety of tools and platforms to actively recruit top notch applicants.
● Conduct initial screenings to assess the candidates qualifications, availability, and ability to perform in a manner consistent with our core values.
● Provide timely and constructive feedback to potential candidates throughout the hiring process.
● Once hiring of a Mfg Home Inspector is complete, training of the new hire will begin using a variety of training tools. Phone calls, video calls, training manuals, etc. are tools that are in place for you to use. New procedures and training materials can be developed at your discretion to improve the hiring and training process.
● Weekly update meetings will be conducted to share feedback among the team and discuss current and future needs and ways to improve the overall hiring and training process.
Required Qualifications:
● Previous recruiting, hiring, or training experience helpful.
● Familiarity with Craigslist, Facebook, and other social media platforms. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and Datacomp Management Team.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and recruiting challenges.
● Experience in creating or revising Training Materials is a bonus.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Only candidates who reside within a 45-minute commute from Grand Rapids, Michigan will be considered for this role.
