The Best Bees Company is currently looking for an In-house Database Developer located in or near Boston, Massachusetts to join our Engineering team and help further our mission of promoting pollinator health across the US!
Best Bees is a unique company with a mission and a culture to match; our team is brought together by a shared love for our planet and belief that we can help make a difference. We install, manage, and collect data from honey bee hives on residential and corporate properties in urban centers across the US. This data not only fuels research into pollinator health across the US, but also helps inform and guide broader initiatives to protect and promote pollinator and environmental health.
Our Engineering team works to support the tracking of data related to our hives and our beekeepers as they work with our in-house software system: Bzzz. This position may also help support data reporting and analysis to inform our research and improve our beekeeping practices.
