ON24 is targeting a senior leader for our growing Sales Development team, overseeing 30+ SDRs & 5+ Manager’s globally. Over half of ON24’s New Business Bookings are generated through the SDR team’s efforts, so this is an opportunity to build upon the success of the existing team, and to help ON24 create a repeatable and predictable pipeline engine for sustained growth. This role is based in Charlotte, NC with the expectation to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
Lead a team of global SDR Managers (US, EMEA, APAC), including territory assignment, goal setting, career development, training, etc.
Implement industry standard methodologies for high-growth, scaling SD organizations, including target account strategies, communication strategies, prospecting techniques, etc.
Expertise with CRMs, reporting, and sales automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Linkedin, ZoomInfo)
