About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) ERP system and Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL). In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations, ensure system integrity, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the software development team, ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met.
  • Customize and configure Infor CSD and TWL to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries to maintain system stability.
  • Perform data management tasks, including inquiries, extracts, reports, and uploads, ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within ERP systems.
  • Conduct end-user training to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems and warehouse solutions. Experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution, SX.e, Infor ISM, and TWL is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL and JavaScript; experience with Progress ABL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
