  • Conduct feasibility studies and design analyses to assess system performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to drive the resolution of technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize product performance and efficiency.

  • Perform testing and validation to ensure consistency with design requirements and industry standards.

  • Keep informed about new developments in embedded systems design and incorporate these advancements into design processes.

Who You Are:

You readily learn and adopt new technologies. You step up to handle tough issues. You effectively handle risk. You partner with others to get work done. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Basic understanding of embedded programming languages like C/C++ for testing and debugging

  • Experience with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Co-op or internship experience working on embedded systems

  • Exposure to high-speed digital design, signal integrity principles, and component selection for complex embedded systems

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python or TCL) for test automation

  • Familiarity with HDL simulation tools such as ModelSim, Vivado, or Quartus

  • Experience with lab testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.

  • Experience with developing products using Agile methodology
