About the Role

As our DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in problem lifecycle management, aiming to preempt incidents and prevent recurrence. Key responsibilities will consist of establishing and overseeing service-level frameworks (SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs) for critical systems advocating for sophisticated automated monitoring and data aggregation.

What You’ll Do:Β 

  • Oversee production environments, ensuring the smooth deployment of new releases and hotfixes.
  • Proactively resolve technical incidents minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
  • Automate and optimize technology systems and workflows, including software deployment, network configuration, and health checks.
  • Conduct and manage security audits to protect infrastructure and sensitive data.
  • Handle system administration tasks, such as server configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Craft comprehensive documentation on infrastructure architecture, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze client concerns to identify root causes, manage support process prioritization, and escalation.

Who You Are:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a preference in B2B SaaS or FinTech domains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DevOps methodologies and a strong command over an array of DevOps tools and technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and various messaging systems.
  • Proficient in system operations, administration, and agile project management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) implementing and managing applications.
  • Excellent in using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Suite, and ClickUp.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines on Mac OS and Windows.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM or client analytics software is considered a plus.
