Link’s 10-week paid summer internship program is designed to help students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of commercial and industrial real estate. We offer internships in 15 departments including Capital Markets, Construction, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, IT, Leasing, Property Management, Marketing and more.
Link is looking for actively enrolled juniors (rising seniors) who will be responsible for supporting the team’s efforts to build and implement machine learning models to inform better business decision making. You will be working with a cross-functional team of both supply chain and real estate veterans while developing a data science skillset via in-depth projects that’ll involve applying statistical and technical rigor to solve key challenges surrounding the world of industrial real estate.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING:
Collect, clean, and analyze raw and complex industry data from disparate sources to identify patterns and statistically significant signals
Research and apply various modeling and analytical techniques to build solutions that answer key business needs and goals
Interpret models and articulate findings into concrete measurable actions that will inform Link’s investment, operational, and strategic direction
Provider broader analytical support to the Research & Analytics team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
Pursuing a degree in statistics, economics, computer science, or similar quantitative discipline
Proficiency in Excel and Python (or R)
Must currently be actively enrolled for consideration of internship
$30/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
