1st shift (United States of America)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Primarily responsible for conducting “onsite” domain control assessments of a supplier’s control environment (across various risk domains to include Cyber Security, Technology, BTCM, 4th Party, BSA/AML, Fraud, Operational and Compliance); probing and asking for follow-up responses where needed. Will also be conducting “remote” control assessments, with same domain scope, to support assessment demand as called upon.
2. Document related results of onsite and remote assessments while reviewing control environment of Truist suppliers.
3. Identify gaps/risks within the suppliers' environment while acknowledging any mitigating/compensating controls implemented.
4. Partner with Truist Supplier and Service Managers to ensure that overall business objectives and assessment plans are in alignment
5. Measure and monitor progress to ensure that assessment deliverables are completed within established program SLAs.
6. Applies a deep understanding of business processes and technologies used within assigned supplier assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Truist applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent education, training, or experience
2. Minimum of 4-6 years of specifically in cyber security control assessments, preferred with some third-party risk management experience.
3. Having a general understanding of risk domains to include BTCM, 4th party, BSA/AML, Fraud, Operational and Compliance
4. A technical understanding of applied enterprise technology management domain.
5. Prior experience in Cyber/Information Security related risk assessments
6. Resourcefulness in multi-tasking, anticipating needs, developing creative solutions, and researching/synthesizing information to resolve problems with moderate supervision.
7. Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills. Experience conducting, preparing and presenting analysis, deficiencies and recommendations.
8. Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
9. Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not fully defined.
10. Over 50% travel time required to support a significant number of onsite assessments.
