Job Summary:
A key member of the Customer Account Team, Cogniac is seeking a Customer Success Lead to manage an enterprise portfolio of customers and evangelize the Customer Success program within the company. In this role, you will own the post-sales and post-solution implementation relationship with clients to understand their needs and ensure they get the maximum value from our technology. Working closely with Cogniac’s account, technical, solutions, and professional services teams, you will become intimately familiar with customers’ business objectives, digital vision, work flows, and people to increase the utilization and extend the reach of the Cogniac platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will own the retention and growth of Cogniac’s customers. You will help customers across a variety of industries increase their productivity with the efficient application of their Cogniac solution.
