Coordinator, Artificial Intelligence Program P/T

The Artificial Intelligence Program Coordinator P/T position assists the Workforce Development department by providing subject matter expertise in developing the Artificial Intelligence AS and CCC courses. This is a part time position, encompassing up to 10 hours perweek, and concluding on June 30, 2025, or later as agreed upon by the candidate and departmental needs.

Responsible for demonstrating LSSC’s core values of Caring, Communicating, Collaborating, and Celebrating when interacting with students, employees, visitors, and community members.

• Academic program and curriculum content research and design
• External stakeholder outreach which includes meeting with local media companies to establish needs and expectations for training, program outcomes, and employee preparation. 
• Translate employer needs to align with coursework via a crosswalk
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Ability to produce professional documentation
• Artificial Intelligence subject matter expertise

• Masters’ degree in a related field
• 5 years of experience preferred
• Curriculum and program design and management experience
• Higher education experience a plus
• Artificial Intelligence experience
