Under the supervision of the Director, Technical Services and Support, responsible for the administration and functional operation of MATC’s enterprise computer network systems. Maintains, configures, supports and troubleshoots network hardware, infrastructure components, operating systems, and software applications. Work is generally diversified requiring judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities, according to established practices and procedures. Daily activities are completed independently, or as part of a project team, employing established procedures and general objectives. Interaction with supervisor is normally limited to problems or unusual situations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Networking.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
Required Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in continuous network technical support activities.
Preferred Experience: Prefer more than three (3) years of relevant experience.

The position supports the Information Technology's department of Technology Services and will have a start date to be determined.
Hours/Location:
This is a full-time. 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE position.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Hourly Rate:
This is a non-exempt, hourly position, with a pay range of $35.85 - $44.81. Salary is listed to the midpoint of the salary range and is based on the 2023/2024 rates and are determined by years of experience credit and internal salary equity.
