Responsibilities






Noblis MSD supports the U.S. Navy's mission to enable research, development, test and evaluation, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering and readiness. We are actively seeking a Business Systems Developer with specialized experience using Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI to create high-level program management and financial analysis tools for our customer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).

 

The candidate must have demonstrated and extensive experience creating business integration tools in Microsoft Power Apps / Power BI. The candidate will support U.S. Navy programs and interface directly with the Government customer and will be responsible for programmatic support tasks including the development, maintenance and administration of program management tools utilized for scheduling, budgeting, resource management and project status.









Required Qualifications






Requirements for the position:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Power Apps / Power BI to create program management tools that integrate financial, resource, scheduling components
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance. Candidates with an active clearance at the SECRET level or higher will be given additional consideration.
  • This position will eventually require the analyst to interface directly with the Government customer with minimal oversight from MSD management. As such, the candidate must display the following character traits:
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Adept at both written and verbal communication
    • The ability to comfortably work both in a team environment and independently as the situation requires.








Desired Qualifications






  • Experience analyzing and reviewing financial data, including budgeting and reconciliation of issues and discrepancies.
  • Experience reviewing, updating and analyzing program financial records and schedules
  • Project management experience, including status gathering and reporting
  • Document formatting and editing
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, as well as PowerPoint, Word
  • Prior experience with Navy or DoD financial/program management support
  • A current DoD SECRET security clearance

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.









Posted Salary Range






USD $67,800.00 - USD $118,700.00 /Yr.
