You’re unique, and we value that. As a Business Systems Developer, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:


  • Work within a small, focused team to develop and integrate internal business systems.

  • Design, develop and customise Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements and streamline processes.

  • Utilise your skills in C#/.NET to build integrations, workflows, and custom features within the platform.

  • Work with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to create automated workflows and applications.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver scalable, effective solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain Dynamics 365 environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and stability.

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:


  • Graduate qualifications in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5 years experience in software development life cycle including requirements, design, development, test and implementation.

  • Development experience in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, C#, Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio 2019+.

  • Experience in Azure FunctionApps, Service Bus and related infrastructure is desirable.

  • Experience providing centralised business system support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for internal customers.

  • Proven ability in analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and technical teams.

  • A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.

  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
