JOB SUMMARY: MCSG Technologies is seeking an AI Developer to support Code 587 (Science Data Processing Branch) for the design, development, implementation and integration of science data processing applications and science data processing technology for flight, in-situ and ground based systems.  Location: This job is located at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs) within the TensorFlow/Keras Python framework


• Experience with embedded AI/ML software development in C/C++ 


• Ability to work with scientists to understand necessary preprocessing algorithms that must be executed onboard and scientific metrics for model evaluation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters Degree in Technology or Engineering. 


• Familiarity working with hyperspectral data and retrieval algorithms


• Experience with FPGA acceleration of algorithms using high-level synthesis

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3 + years of AI Development experience.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Architecture, or related Engineering disciplines.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) security badge to enter the applicable government facility.
