The role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Denver. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth through expansion opportunities with our existing customers. While our Customer Success Managers handle renewals, you’ll focus on identifying expansion opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring our customers maximise the value of Colossyan.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Own expansion opportunities within our existing customer base to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at customer organizations to deeply understand their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a strategic and consultative sales approach to position Colossyan’s solutions as indispensable tools for customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of expansion opportunities and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights, training, and support to help them achieve their objectives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Account Management or similar role, ideally in a SaaS or tech business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A consultative sales approach with experience identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and sales pipelines.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be:
On Target Earnings (OTE) between $120,000 and $170,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
